Lafontaine Whitby Return / Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy! Should you not be satisfied with your order, we will offer an exchange or full refund within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Defective or unworn and unwashed items can be returned for the value purchased (this excludes shipping and handling). Items must have the tag attached in order to be returned. Sale items can be exchanged for a different size but cannot be returned. Final Sale items can not be returned / exchanged.
For all returns and exchanges please email email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Please include the item name, proof of purchase/receipt, and the reason for the return / exchange in your e-mail. We will be in touch once the claim has been reviewed. Once the return / exchange is approved, you will be notified via e-mail to ship back your items. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
You will be refunded to your original form of payment. Please allow 5-10 working days for refunded payments to appear in your account once the item(s) is received.
Please send your merchandise back by a traceable method as we will not accept responsibility for any merchandise that gets lost in the mail. We will not assume shipping charges for any items returned, unless the reason for return is due to our error or merchandise is deemed to be defective or damaged. We are unable, under any circumstance able to accept returns on final sale items, special orders, or undergarments. Claims made after 2 weeks will not be considered.
