This beautiful soft printed blouse has raglan sleeves and is elastasized at the bottom which allows for the option of leaving it at the waist or hips. The rounded collar has two wide straps of different lengths that can be tied or not. The fabric is 100% Viscose that makes it very soft and drapey. Style this top with jeans and high boots, or with skirts or trousers - it is definitely a head turner.  We've styled it both ways - wear the tie down at the front or in the back - you decide!
